Unflame helps users log meals, scan food or related images, estimate nutrition and inflammation-related signals, track progress, and generate reports. The service is informational and is not a medical device.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as your name, email address, login provider, and provider identifier from Google or Apple when you sign in.
- Profile and onboarding information you choose to provide, such as goals, dietary preferences, health-related notes, body metrics, targets, or other setup answers.
- Meal, nutrition, scan, report, and progress information, including meal entries, photos or images you upload, text questions, analysis results, and generated reports.
- Subscription and purchase status, including premium entitlement status and transaction references received from payment platforms. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Support messages and any other information you send to us directly.
- Technical information, such as IP address, device/browser type, app version, session data, logs, and security events.

Legal Bases for Processing
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we process information to provide the service you request, with your consent when required, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing Unflame, and to comply with legal obligations.
Service Providers and Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with vendors that help us operate Unflame, including hosting, database, storage, analytics, authentication, AI analysis, payment, subscription, email, and customer support providers. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
Unflame may use third-party authentication and platform services such as Google, Apple, Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play. Their own privacy policies may also apply when you use their services.
International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Retention
We keep account and app data while your account is active or as needed to provide Unflame. We may retain limited records after deletion when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, or backup purposes.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account from the app or request deletion by email. Instructions are available at https://unflame.app/delete-account.
Account deletion removes your Unflame account and associated app data from active systems, including meal data linked to your account. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through the App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or the payment provider you used.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise these rights, contact contact@unflame.app. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Unflame is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
