Delete Your Unflame Account

You can permanently delete your Unflame account and associated app data from inside the Unflame app or by contacting support.

Delete From the App

1. Open Unflame and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Manage Account.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm deletion when prompted.

Delete by Email Request

If you cannot access the app, email contact@unflame.app from the email address linked to your Unflame account. Use the subject line "Delete my Unflame account" so we can identify the request quickly.

What Gets Deleted

• Your Unflame account profile.
• Meal data linked to your account.
• App data, scans, reports, preferences, and other records linked to your account where technically and legally possible.

What May Be Kept

We may keep limited information if required for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or backup purposes. Any retained information is kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

Subscriptions

Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or another payment provider. Cancel your subscription from the store or payment provider where you purchased it.

Processing Time

In-app deletion starts immediately. Email deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days after we verify the request.
